Sarcoma masses grow rapidly and become very bloody. Microwave or cryoablation can be used to support oncological treatments. However, if they become too large, direct arterial chemoembolization can be performed to occlude the feeder vessels and increase the response to chemotherapy. Alcohol ablation is also a good option for very large and cystic masses. Thus, the capillary system feeding the mass can be intervened internally and externally with interventional radiology and interventional oncological methods. #microwaveablation#chemoembolization#cancer treatment with embolization#embolization#sarcoma#sarcoma#sarcoma#interventionalradiology#interventionalradiology#antalya#cryoablation#alcolablation#cystic mass#embolisation
